Cancellation Policy
At IWS Aesthetics, we’re committed to providing exceptional care and respecting everyone’s time. Please review our policies before booking:
⏰ Cancellations
We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations will be charged 30% of the service total.
🚫 No-Shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be banned from future bookings.
⏳ Late Arrivals
Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in forfeiting your appointment.
A cancellation fee may still apply.
💳 Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, (does not apply to Groupon customers),but they are transferable and will be applied to your service.
